Ken is currently an Associate at RCR Lawyers and has over 6 years of experience working as a solicitor for legal practices in the Brisbane and Melbourne CBDs.
Throughout his career he has assisted clients with a variety of corporate, commercial and property matters, working with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs and high-value individuals.
Ken is also fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese of the Chinese language and reads and writes traditional and simplified Chinese characters. His multicultural background allows him to understand different client’s needs while providing professional services.
Some of the matters Ken has acted on include:
- Acting for the acquisition of shopping centres and medical centres in excess of 20 million dollars;
- Acting for the acquisition of regional car dealerships in excess of 30 million dollars;
- Off-the-plan projects over 20 million dollars;
- Assist a national franchisor with the sale of franchise businesses in QLD.
