His expertise was underscored in 2014 when he became an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist with the Queensland Law Society, receiving the Highest Achiever for his class.
Jim firmly believes everyone is entitled to a more than adequate legal defence, providing consistent, high-calibre representation for all matters, from the straightforward to the most complex.
Jim’s extensive career has seen him expertly navigate significant shifts in criminal law—from legislative changes to the rise of forensic science. He champions a team-based strategy and brings deep insights from decades of direct client advocacy.
Jim is enthusiastic about partnering with Jackson to elevate the firm’s criminal law practice to a leading position in Brisbane and statewide. He looks forward to contributing his extensive experience to making this team a leader in the jurisdiction.
