Zoe Kansky recently appeared in the Cleveland Magistrates Court for a young client charged with public nuisance and wilful damage. Our client was evicted from a local bar, arrested for his level of intoxication and damaged a police car during his arrest.
Zoe explained to the Magistrate that he was otherwise of good character and had taken things too far on this occasion. He was sentenced to a good behaviour bond and paid for the damage to the vehicle. No conviction was recorded.
