Dean is a Partner in the Litigation and Insolvency team and is an accredited expert in insolvency law.
He was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly top 30 under 30 Lawyers in 2017, 2018 and 2019, as well as a finalist for Partner of the Year awards in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Dean has practiced continuously and almost exclusively in the areas of insolvency and litigation for the majority of his career. He has held a number of diverse positions in the industry, including managing partner of a boutique litigation and insolvency firm and taking on a senior position in a disputes and insolvency team at a top national firm.
Dean is also a graduate of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA), after completing his industry renowned accreditation, now known as the Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.
With his extensive experience comes a notable list of clientele and results. These range from assisting small to medium enterprises through to ASX listed and international corporations, and representing insolvency practitioners in complex litigation both in Australia and overseas.
