Lee is an Associate at Rostron Carlyle Rojas’ Commercial Litigation and Defamation Practice in Sydney. Lee is a dedicated Defamation lawyer, including acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in Defamation proceedings.
Lee also acts for and advises both plaintiffs and defendants in relation to general commercial litigation matters, having acted in a wide variety of disputes in all courts.
Lee has extensive experience in the complexities and technicalities associated with Defamation proceedings in each State and Territory in Australia (including the unique rules which apply to Defamation proceedings), having acted in most jurisdictions in Australia.
Lee has particular experience in relation to defamation proceedings in Western Australia, having practiced extensively in defamation there prior to joining Rostron Carlyle Rojas Lawyers in Sydney in 2023.
