Shadi is an Associate in RCR Lawyers’ Migration Services practice in Brisbane. She has worked exclusively in immigration law since 2016 and was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019. Shadi’s broad experience across a wide range of areas in Australia’s immigration system allows her to provide strategic, practical and tailored solutions to corporate and individual clients to successfully achieve their immigration goals in Australia.
Shadi has a strong interest in Australia’s employer sponsorship visa programs, which not only allow businesses to fill gaps in the local labour market with skilled overseas workers, but also enhances opportunities for new business formation, innovation and job creation in Australia. Shadi is also passionate about assisting and guiding refugees and other vulnerable groups to navigate the immigration process, and particularly enjoys RCR’s involvement in the Skilled Refugee Labour Agreement Pilot program, a joint initiative between Talent Beyond Boundaries and the government of Australia.
