Job Description


We are seeking a Conveyancing assistant to join our Conveyancing team.  The position is Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. You will support 2 Senior Conveyancing paralegals and a Junior Conveyancing paralegal, with a view of training you to become a Junior Conveyancing paralegal as well.

Your Skill Set:

  • Preferably have Conveyancing /property experience, however this is not essential
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of work
  • Be willing to work in a team environment
  • Have a high attention to detail and value accuracy in your work
  • Have a positive attitude with a commitment to supporting your colleagues
  • Be personable, friendly and eager to learn
  • Be professional, organised and efficient


  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Monitor and maintain our general email inbox
  • Open files and prepare first letters
  • Data Entry
  • Correspond with clients, colleagues and outside parties
  • Order searches
  • Prepare settlement letters
  • Invoice clients and prepare final letters
  • Provide administrative support to the team
